GOOD LUCK LADY EAGLES!
2nd graders have been busy doing animal research reports this past month. Today we Zoomed with Mrs. Brecka's daughter Brilyn. Brilyn works as a Beaver Conservation Biologist with Oregon Fish and Wildlife in Tillamook, OR. Brilyn is a 2018 graduate of Alma High School. Thanks Brilyn for talking to us and answering our questions about beavers.
Last evening was one of those great occasions when we get to celebrate our young people – their achievements, their perseverance and their successes. The 6th graders had their annual DARE presentation and awards night. It was a special evening, which is part of the 6th grade end of the year field trip. We celebrated the students' elementary careers and wished them well as they begin a new phase in their lives--junior high school.
Congratulations to the recipients of the 6th grade Presidential Award for Educational Excellence: Kylee Bork, Elizabeth Elsenpeter and Clare Jumbeck.
