The Alma Pepin Golf Team competed today at sectionals in Mineral Point at the Dodge Point Country Club. Competing for the Eagles were sectional qualifiers Keegan Stiehl and Trenton Krzoska. At the competition there were 12 individuals and 12 schools from south west Wisconsin. Leading the Eagles was Trenton Krzoska with a 46-41 total 87 followed by Keegan Stiehl 45-50 total 95. Both players gave it their all but unfortunately will not advance to state competition next week in Madison. Coach Noll was very proud of his players and his team and next season can not come soon enough. The Alma Pepin Golf Team would like to thank all who supported them this year and would like to remind people to sign up for the Alma Pepin Golf Alumni tournament coming up on Saturday, June 17, there are still a number of places to be filled.

Last evening was one of those great occasions when we get to celebrate our young people – their achievements, their perseverance and their successes. The 6th graders had their annual DARE presentation and awards night. It was a special evening, which is part of the 6th grade end of the year field trip. We celebrated the students' elementary careers and wished them well as they begin a new phase in their lives--junior high school.
