Rivermen Clubhouse
Rivermen Clubhouse worked on lots of fun things. They painted a little for a start of a future project. Enjoying time together after a fun filled school day. The kids had a visit from a story teller and ended their school day with Eagles & Eaglets! Enjoy the pictures from Clubhouse

Rivermen Clubhouse made Frankenstein! They each did a wonderful job! Maria and Elizabeth were great helpers too. After their project time we got outside to enjoy another fall day!
Today was "Flu Shot Day"!! Even Nurse Katie got in on the action... A big thank you to Nurse Jessica from the Pepin County Health Department for coming down to help us out.
Mrs. Brecka's 2nd Grade class would like to thank Brodie's grandparents, Lois & John Hanson, for their donation to our classroom. We were able to get some new games and Legos. The 3rd grade class would like to thank Kennedy Tent Rental in Wabasha for their very generous donation to our class! We are loving our new games, classroom supplies, fun seats, book buddies, and books! THANK YOU!
Rivermen Clubhouse had fun outside making an Eagles nest. One student collected leaves for the kids. When we got back inside the kids hid a leaf under a piece of paper. Took the wrapper off of crayons and watched the magic happen! Fun bonding afternoon.

Rivermen Clubhouse enjoyed the day outside exploring and playing. Plus tub time. Even though their ages are far apart, they get along so well! Fun group!
Rivermen Clubhouse takes advantage of the nice weather while they can. While they are outside they find a caterpillar. They get their insect/bug home and put things inside it and then they let the caterpillar in there to keep it safe. Enjoy a few of the kids swinging with the caterpillar.
Brian Brecka and Carl Duley came to visit the fifth grade science class. Mr.Brecka talked about the different fish in Wisconsin. Mr.Duley shared the groundwater model. He stressed the importance of taking care of the surface above to ground to protect our ground water.
