The sixth graders are studying plants and what they need to survive. They conducted an experiment where one plant received light and the other one did not. They observed the differences between the plants. Thank you, Sheila Huber and the Alma Garden Gate for donating the plants.
The fifth graders are studying the engineering design process. They created a scale model of a park that had an erosion problem on the walking path. As a group, they brainstorm solutions, tested them, and came up with a solution to fix the problem.

The Alma Middle School students have completed Level 1 and are now competing in Level 2. Thank you to these ladies for keeping the forensics program active in our middle school.
