Eagles Baseball Team Kwik Trip Gift Card Fundraiser The Pepin-Alma Baseball Program is grateful for those who have participated in our fundraising program thus far and for those who continue to do so. Through this fundraising initiative, the baseball program earns money through gift card purchases. It's a WIN for you and a WIN for the baseball team! Here's how it works: What is a Kwik Trip Scrip Card? The Kwik Trip Scrip Card is a gift card program that allows the Pepin-Alma Eagles Baseball Program to purchase gift cards for a discount and sell them at face value. All proceeds from the sale are donated back to the baseball program. What type of cards are available? All gift cards are available in the following denominations: $5, $10, $20, $25, $50, $100, $200, $500. There are several types of cards available for purchase: Gas & Gift Card (5% goes to the Eagles). Card can be used to purchase fuel, in-store merchandise, tobacco, alcohol, lottery/lotto, stamps, etc. Grocery Only In-Store Only Card (15% goes to the Eagles): Card can only be used to purchase in-store merchandise. Card is not eligible to be used on fuel, tobacco, alcohol, lottery/lotto, stamps (by minimum markup regulations). “Fuel Only” Gift Card (5% goes to the Eagles). Card can only be used to purchase fuel. How does this benefit the Pepin-Alma Baseball Program? For each gift card purchased, the Pepin-Alma Eagles Baseball Program earn a percentage of the face value, as noted above. When will these become available? At a minimum, we will be placing an order on the 15th and 30th of each month. Orders will be received in 3-4 business days from Kwik Trip and may be picked up at the Pepin or Alma school offices or we can arrange an alternate pick-up/drop-off option. How do I pay for my gift card purchases? All orders must be paid for at the time of or prior to order pick-up. You may pay via cash, check or credit card. If paying by check, please make checks payable to “Pepin Area Schools” and add "Pepin-Alma Baseball Program" to the memo line. Questions?
